TF Tools trip to @JLCLIVE Show, USA

In late March, Scott and I travelled to Providence, Rhode Island, to attend one of the bigger construction shows in the USA. JLC Live is an annual show that runs for 2 days every year.

Over two days, you can attend trade talks & walk two floors of mainly USA based manufacturers of hand tools, power tools, tool belts and construction supplies.

We got the chance to hang out with our usual favourite people:

Damani, Qais, Connor, Sean, Carline from DiamondBack

Joel from Badger

Peter, Kirk, Mike (s!), Tyler, Travis, Marc and Eliza from Occidental Leather.

We met up with Sven and Cheryl from Squijig. We saw the new metric squares which we are so excited to launch early April in the UK.

We met Dan from Boss Hammer, who showed us the new soft face attachment he has brought out.

Finally, got the chance to meet Joe @canadiancarpenter, who we've chatted to over IG for a few years now. Such a chilled guy, super laid back.

After the show each evening, we got a few beers in & played some arcade games (which seems to be becoming a tradition now!).

It's always so great to see everyone, we have spent years building up these relationships and it means so much to us that we get the opportunity to work with such a great set of people.

After the show, Scott and I got a train down to New York for a couple of days of city life. It was a lot of fun, very chaotic compared to Somerset! πŸ˜‚

Then we headed on a plane to Indianapolis to see Joel from Badger to see his home town and we got to meet his family too which was awesome.
