Leverans i Storbritannien
All vår frakt skickas spårad för att säkerställa att du får dina varor säkert och i tid. Om det är över ett visst värde kommer vi att skicka det Spårat med en signatur.
Vi har nyligen bytt till Royal Mail som erbjuder 48 timmars spårad leverans från måndag till lördag. Vi kan inte erbjuda tidsluckor eller leveranser endast på vardagar eftersom Royal Mail levererar detta på din vanliga postleverans.
Vi tar inget ansvar för leverans till byggarbetsplatser då vi inte kan garantera vem som skriver på och tyvärr har tidigare leveranser försvunnit på grund av detta. Om du väljer att använda en byggarbetsplatsadress och den visas som levererad på spårning, tar vi inget ansvar om du inte var den som fick den.
Om du anger en ofullständig adress på din beställning och beställningen returneras till oss, måste du betala utgående fraktkostnad för den andra leveransen av den till dig.
Internationell leverans - samma villkor gäller men med en vägledande leveranstid på upp till 1-2 veckor dagar beroende på ditt land.
Leveransfrågor
Eventuella problem med leverans av varor, skador, felaktigt skickade varor ska meddelas oss inom 14 dagar, detta är kundens ansvar.
För skador - du måste ta bilder av skadan på varan och/eller förpackningen för att stödja reklamationen med kuriren och skicka till info@tftools.co.uk med ditt ordernummer (startar TFT).
Varorna måste förbli oanvända, i originalförpackning och i återförsäljningsbart skick för att vi ska kunna ge en lösning.
Om det är efter 14 dagar eller varorna har använts, kommer detta att betraktas som mottagande av varan.

Great pencil, graphites are very good. Used to use its competitor which I wasn’t a fan of but this is loads better, graphites stay sharper for longer and don’t crumble when you sharpen them. Definitely recommend

Second set I’ve bought still as good as ever, leads really strong and marks very well and sharpener is so easy to use it makes life easy

Great product, easy to put in and does what it needs to
Wasn’t sure how good these would be but they are really good! Good clear marking the lead is strong and stays sharp for a long time and when it does need sharpening you just pop it ion the case and give it a twist easy!
So useful when using dark materials like grey cladding

Had a friend buy for me and they are great for cladding only used them the other day but was so visually on the grey cladding will be buying myself when I run out

Love using the red for cladding shows up great and is nice and clear to see on dark cladding / any dark material

I use the Pica pencil on the Mazo pouch. Refills are good quality from Pica and the hard case protects them in your tool bag

The Pica 2.0 is the best of all the modern dry markers in my opinion, the bright scabbard means you don’t misplace it, it holds on your pouch/pocket very well without damaging and is a lot less prone to the dreaded lead slip that plagues other versions of this tool. Just make sure to load the leads in from the back to prolong the life of it and you’ll have no issues.

The pencil it’s self is actually okay but the leds are horrendous they ware down so fast it’s insane

Store owner replied: The Pica leads are made of the same lead as a regular pencil so will wear down at the same rate. The harder Pica Joiners leads might be a better option for you then, they will create a crisper line & last longer as 2H, thanks Lucy
