Returns & Exchanges


You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in an order to return them. 

You are responsible for return postage, we advise sending goods by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For, as we can not be held responsible for goods which go missing on their way back to us. Unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage to you.

We will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, assuming they are in resaleable condition, including undamaged packaging. 

After 14 days, we will issue a store credit instead of a refund.


We now can accept exchange requests.

Please write the Item/Size/Colour/Side you want to exchange for - we will let you know on receipt of your return, if we have stock.

We will send you a payment link for shipping to send out the exchange item when your return has been processed.

Please allow 2-3 working days, we will contact you by email.

Returns received after the 14 day period will be eligible for store credit only which will be issued by an e-gift card to the email address on the original order.
