Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns within 14 days for a store credit, refund or exchange. They must be in a new and unused condition with labels still attached.
You can start your Return Request on Your Account/Orders on our website
Manage order/ Request Return & select the item you want to return.
Add notes if you would like to exchange item, store credit or refund.

Your return will be processed when we receive the item back at TF Tools within 2-3 working days. Return /Exchange fee is £4.99 which covers the shipping of the return & also an exchange.
There is a 3% restock fee on refunds to cover our admin time & transaction fee costs.
If you have opted for an exchange, we will then send a payment link for payment for a delivery charge to be able to send the item out to you.
You have 14 days to return the item after receiving the return label. Any returns received after this time maybe refused or only store credit offered at our discretion.
For international orders - please email us for an alternative postal return address as courier's often won't accept PO Box address outside the UK.
Custom & Engraved items
Any items ordered as "assembled" are non-returnable and the "assembly" service fee can not be refunded after the build is completed.
Martinez & Kinetic Customs grips can only be removed from a handle by cutting them off, which means they are not resaleable and are disposed.
Any products ordered with custom engraving such as Squijig squares are non-returnable as these are made to order.
