Meet the...Team: Ira

Ira joined us in June 2022 after she moved from Ukraine to a local host family. She fitted into Team TF immediately and after some initial part time work, we offered her a full time permanent job with us :-) We have also been very spoilt at lunchtimes by Ira (and her sister-in-law Tania's amazing cooking of traditional Ukrainian dishes!)

I cover social media & customer service, so mostly you can chat with me if you have some questions, issues or leave comments, feedbacks in all our channels. Also I create content for our socials & write blogs😊

After graduating university, I worked in a hospitality for 5 years, I managed people and processes in one of the best restaurants in Kyiv. I wanted to change my career direction and have better working hours. I finished learning and started my carrier in recruiting. So the last 2 years I worked as a recruitment specialist in IT company, hired developers and digital marketers. 

I like Martinez hammers, especially limited edition, with its high quality and beauty, especially The Hulk edition, it looks so stunning!! 😊 

I adore nature, explore new places, seaside and mountains! I love spending time away with my family and friends, great food, nice wine, cider which I discovered here in the UK. Also love quiet cosy evenings watching nice movies.

I have been always oriented on people, communication, I like to be helpful and always feel so pleased when get grateful feedback about our shop and service. By the way, our customers are the best and chat with them is really enjoyable!!

Aaand...I love the people with whom I work. We are just a small team, but they are all amazing as personality and colleagues. I`m happy to be a part of this great company and come to work with great pleasure and like what I do, that`s the main thing for me😊

Until recently I thought I don`t like drum & bas…but I was wrong!
