Wir sind vor Kurzem zu Royal Mail gewechselt, die von Montag bis Samstag eine 24-Stunden-Lieferung mit Sendungsverfolgung und Unterschrift anbietet. Wir können keine Zeitfenster oder Lieferungen nur an Wochentagen anbieten, da Royal Mail diese mit Ihrer üblichen Postzustellung liefert.
Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für die Lieferung an Baustellen, da wir nicht garantieren können, wer die Lieferung unterschreibt. Leider sind aus diesem Grund auch frühere Lieferungen verloren gegangen. Wenn Sie eine Baustellenadresse angeben und die Sendung in der Sendungsverfolgung als geliefert angezeigt wird, übernehmen wir keine Haftung, wenn Sie nicht die Person sind, die die Sendung erhalten hat.
Wenn Sie bei Ihrer Bestellung eine unvollständige Adresse angeben und die Bestellung an uns zurückgeschickt wird, müssen Sie die Versandkosten für die zweite Sendung an Sie bezahlen.
Internationale Lieferung – es gelten die gleichen Bedingungen, jedoch mit einer Richtlieferzeit von bis zu 1–2 Werktage, abhängig von Ihrem Land.
Lieferanfragen
Etwaige Probleme bei der Warenlieferung, Schäden, falsch gelieferte Artikel müssen uns innerhalb von 14 Tagen gemeldet werden, dies liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden.
Bei Schäden müssen Sie Bilder der Schäden am Artikel und/oder der Verpackung machen, um die Reklamation beim Kurier zu untermauern, und diese unter Angabe Ihrer Bestellnummer (beginnt mit TFT) an info@tftools.co.uk senden.
Damit wir eine Lösung anbieten können, müssen die Artikel unbenutzt, in der Originalverpackung und in wiederverkaufsfähigem Zustand sein.
Wenn die Frist 14 Tage überschreitet oder die Artikel bereits benutzt wurden, gilt dies als Annahme der Ware als erhalten.

Quality made knife, feels lovely in the hand, the blades that come with it seem really good quality also. Shame you can't get the box of 10 inside the knife

Brilliant knife, has a lovely feel in the hand. Slimline feel but still loads of control and grip on the knife, maybe due to the big back end. Definitely recommend this

Always by my side. Great bit of kit the feels good in my hands. Good storage inside for additional blades and fits nicely into my tool belt or on my shorts. If it broke I would replace it!

Great knife. Massive upgrade from the classic Stanley. Nice and lightweight but with an ergonomic handle . Comes with a handy hard plastic holder as the blade is not retractable. Great colour choice as well
