We have recently changed our pick and pack process to get orders out as quickly as possible as we know this is important to you guys 👍

As a result, we can’t amend orders after they have been placed as it would stop the whole packing process to locate individual orders which we don’t have resources to do.

This includes changing addresses or adding or removing items from orders.
