We welcome Zia as our Order Administrator with a strong background in Customer service working with high quality brands in the motor industry.
What work have you done before TF?
Previously an office manager at a Campervan Conversion company getting involved with all aspects of the business from interior colourways, sales, large shows, customer service, HR / Payroll. My background is office administration and team management in office and call centre environments.
What's your favourite tool we sell and why?
Favourite tool would be the Martinez Goochi Titanium hammer, it is a thing of beauty!
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy long walks with my family and 2 dogs, going to the gym and renovating our home. I have a passion for all things interiors!
If you could eat or drink one thing forever what would it be?
A roast dinner - you can't beat a roast dinner with all the trimmings.
What does working at TF mean to you?
The team here are great - the role has a variety of tasks which I find enjoyable as I thrive off being busy & packing orders is surprisingly therapeutic!
What is your favourite playlist to work too?
I love dance music / drum and bass playlists! Anything with a lively beat..
