Plan ahead this Christmas :-)

When will you close for Xmas?

  • We will close 12 noon Wednesday 24th Dec
  • Orders placed after 12 noon Tuesday 24th Dec will be dispatched between Christmas and New Year, dispatch may take up to 3 working days as we work through the backlog.
  • We will fully reopen on Monday 5th January, dispatch may take up to 3 working days during this first week as we work through the backlog.

How do I exchange or return an item?

We offer returns within 14 days for a store credit, refund or exchange. They must be in a new and unused condition with labels still attached.

Just head to Your Orders on the website & Start a Return. Add a note whether it's for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund. 
We will then respond within our Opening days over Christmas, sending you a return label. 

When it has been received back to us it will be processed within 2-3 working days.

If you have opted for an exchange and a balance is due we will then send a payment link to send the item out to you.

Is it in stock?

  • All stock is live on the website, if you can add to your basket, we have it in stock!

 

Where is my order?

  • Check your tracking link we send you for current status
  • We will check in on socials & emails a couple of times where we can but we also want to take a break from work :-) 
  • If when we reopen on the 5th Jan, you still don't have the item or any status update please email us & we will look into this for you.

How do I contact TF when you are closed?

  • We will check social media during our Christmas break but please bear with us as we are trying to take time off too :-)
  • We will reply within 1-2 days on IG, FB, TikTok & Website Chat

UK  - Friday 19th Dec for Tracked 24hr service*

*subject to RM delivery times

International Royal Mail -  Tuesday 5th December - Monday 11th December based on country ordering

Please check here for more information on your countries last shipping date. 

International DHL - DHL will be collected up Friday 19th Dec & delivery dates will depend on the countries public holidays, keep an eye on tracking link while we are closed for updates
