Delivery Times
UK Delivery
All our shipping is sent Tracked to ensure you receive your goods securely and timely. If it is over a certain value we will send it Tracked with a Signature. We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
We have recently switched to Royal Mail who offer 24hr Tracked & Signed delivery from Monday to Saturday. We can't offer time slots or weekday only deliveries as Royal Mail will deliver this on your usual post delivery.
We don't accept responsibility for delivery to building sites as we can't guarantee who will sign for it and unfortunately previous deliveries have gone missing due to this. If you choose to use a building site address and it is shown as delivered on tracking, we will not accept any liability if you were not the person who received it.
If you enter an incomplete address on your order and the order is returned to us, you will need to pay the outbound shipping cost for the second shipment of it to you.
International Delivery - the same terms apply but with a guideline delivery time of up to 1-2 weeks days depending on your country.
Delivery queries
All orders are sent on a Tracked service, we send tracking information on dispatch & tracking shows the live status of the delivery day. It is the customer responsibility to check tracking & ensure they are present for the delivery time. If the customer is not available, they can amend the delivery date to another day or collect from a local collection point. If the order is delivered on the stated delivery day stated when the customer is not present & after delivery the parcel is stolen this is not the responsibility of TF Tools Ltd.
Any issues with delivery of goods, damages, incorrectly sent items must be notified to us within 14 days, this is the customer's responsibility.
For damages - you need to take images of the damage to the item and/ or packaging to support the complaint with the courier and send to info@tftools.co.uk with your order number (starts TFT).
The items must remain unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition for us to provide a resolution.
If it is after 14 days or the items has been used, this will be considered acceptance of the goods as received.
Return to Sender - Royal Mail now charge for failed deliveries for incorrect delivery addresses, tracked parcels not collected, unpaid customs on international deliveries. TF Tools Ltd will charge a subsidized fee of £4.99 to partially cover this cost, this will be deducted from a refund or chargeable when resending the parcel plus the usual new shipping fee

Amazing! Start to finish ordering the made to order rig was a breeze. Love how you can see the different colours on the actual rig as you pick them rather than guessing what the colour combos would look like. Really simple.
Then you just wait and it arrives ! As for the rig, I’ve only had it for a few days so still getting used to placement of tools etc but straight out the box it’s very lightweight, slim line and comfortable. What more could you want!

What a fantastic pouch. Material feels good, strong. Plenty of po ket space. Feels good on tge belt. The slimmer belt loop makes for a much better fit.

I really like my Badger Carpenter rig because it's the right size for all my 1st fix and most of my second fix jobs. The tool pouch has lots of room, and is easily accessible, even with gloves on, without being too bulky.
The organisation is versatile enough to accommodate different loadouts depending on the job, and still have each tool at hand. Also, I couldn't imagine going back to a hammer loop, the hammer sleeve is a game changer.
The fastener pouch is big enough to hold plenty of fixings, my 185mm speed square and a few other off-hand tools. It's a good blend of being comfortable to wear, having plenty of storage, but not being too bulky to manoeuvre around site through studs, rafters and scaffolding.

This is the best dominant pouch I’ve ever had, storage is perfect for dominant side tools, I don’t use all the storage in my everyday carry as there’s no need to carry unnecessary tools, this leaves additional space for job specific tools. I have used this pouch everyday for over 4 years now, the outer pouch lip has started to fray a little but have had not rips or tears. I will 100% be purchasing another one when this one wears out.

An absolute game changer. Always relied on holster pockets before committing to a tool belt and now I can carry everything and more that I need to comfortably making every job in 1st and 2nd fix so much easier. You will not regret purchasing one of these belts 👍

Had a lot of pouches and belts over 20 years , but Badgers in a league of its own !
Can wear this set up all day ,even loaded up with a first fix gun or collated gun and it’s just as comfortable as when doing light duties .
Seems a big investment but for an item you wear day in day out you want comfort .

The side by side pouches are brilliant and very easy to grab fixings out of without bending down to reach or open the pockets to get out. With your tape in the holder it can be slightly awkward to get your square in and out, but it’s come second nature to me now. Very happy with my purchase!

I had a cheap tool belt for years and it finally fell apart, so decided to spend the money and buy top quality as its round my waist every working day. Its worlds apart from my old one in comfort and usability. Only wish i had brought it years ago.

This is a great tool belt , The hammer sleeve is why I bought this product and very impressed, Year's of my hammer bouncing of my knee as I carried it in my old tool belt.

It took me a while to pick up the courage and pay the money for it as I was abit skeptical lol.
Now that I have it I’ve no complaints about how much it has cost me, it’s the lightest and comfiest nail bag that I have ever worn, the pouches are the right size for what I need it for, the compartments aswell as the nail bag has been designed well, no complaints here.
