Delivery Terms

UK 54.99 for orders up to £150.00, Free shipping over £150.00

All other countries - shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping  address and weight of items in the basket. We offer free shipping in many regions.

Delivery Times

UK Delivery

All our shipping is sent Tracked to ensure you receive your goods securely and timely. If it is over a certain value we will send it Tracked with a Signature.

We have recently switched to Royal Mail who offer 24hr Tracked & Signed delivery from Monday to Saturday. We can't offer time slots or weekday only deliveries as Royal Mail will deliver this on your usual post delivery.

We don't accept responsibility for delivery to building sites as we can't guarantee who will sign for it and unfortunately previous deliveries have gone missing due to this. If you choose to use a building site address and it is shown as delivered on tracking, we will not accept any liability if you were not the person who received it.

If you enter an incomplete address on your order and the order is returned to us, you will need to pay the outbound shipping cost for the second shipment of it to you.

If you choose a Safe Delivery, or have an agreement with your postie for leaving parcels we are only responsible for delivery to the address location with GPS & photo evidence.

International Delivery - we use Royal Mail & DHL Express Worldwide the same terms apply but with a guideline delivery time of up to 1-2 weeks days depending on your country. 

Delivery queries

Any issues with delivery of goods, damages, incorrectly sent items must be notified to us within 14 days, this is the customer's responsibility.

For damages - you need to take images of the damage to the item and/ or packaging to support the complaint with the courier and send to info@tftools.co.uk with your order number (starts TFT).

The items must remain unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition for us to provide a resolution.

If it is after 14 days or the items has been used, this will be considered acceptance of the goods as received.

International Customers - VAT excluded on prices

We really value your support internationally and we want to work hard to continue you to bring you the best tools we can offer worldwide.

UK Tax excluded from prices is automatically removed from product prices 👍👍 The price in your basket is the price ex VAT.

Importing costs

The UK and EU have made a Free Trade agreement and the majority of goods should not have an import duty but some countries may charge you their countries VAT/Tax to import the goods.

You will need to contact your country Customs department to see if any customs might be charged to you.

We can't advise on this and we also can't be held responsible for fees/taxes other countries may charge on entry.

You can choose the DHL Express including Customs & Taxes at checkout to pay these costs upfront.

Can I reclaim delivery costs and import fees?

Customs duty and import VAT on goods are repayable if you think you’ve been overcharged on delivery for an item. If this is the case you can apply to reclaim the money. Unfortunately it is unlikely you will be able to reclaim courier handling fees or the cost of sending the item back if you’ve paid to collect it.

If you have decided to pay to collect your items but wish to return the item at your own expense, the retailer you bought from should refund you the full amount for the items. You can then fill out customs forms to claim back import VAT and customs duties. 

Seeking a refund on the VAT and import charges paid may be difficult though. To claim a refund on customs duties for goods that you have returned you’ll need to fill out different customs forms based on the courier that delivered your items:

  • You can use form BOR 286 to reclaim import VAT and customs duties if your items were delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
  • For other couriers you can use form C285.
