Meet The... Team: Pick & Pack crew

For six years we picked and packed orders from our little TF office & store room. We have moved home three times to increase our storage spaces for Tools 😂

In 2021, we finally ran out of storage space for the increasing stock levels we needed to hold and also ran out of time for managing our customer service, social media and packing orders.

Our little office, garage & container in the  garden was bursting at the seams!

We decided to get help on picking and packing so we could focus on our customer experience, new product hunting and social media 😊

It was critical we had the right team to help us with packing our orders. They needed to be an extension of our existing team. 

After much research & many meetings we found the perfect fit in a small family run fulfilment team.

Bryony started out as a Customer Services Adviser and worked her way through various roles within JEM providing her with the knowledge to understand every department. She knows her shit! She is also super friendly, passionate for what she does, exactly what we were after. They have about 30 other small businesses they offer this service for as well. 

Gemma now leads the TF orders with support from Kirsty and Linda in the office.

Alex, Gary, Bryan and Arron own it in the warehouse, ensuring all our goods arrive in perfect condition, and pack all your orders with incredible accuracy and care.

We are now 18 months into working with them and they are more than we could have hoped for.
