Wir sind vor Kurzem zu Royal Mail gewechselt, die von Montag bis Samstag eine 24-Stunden-Lieferung mit Sendungsverfolgung und Unterschrift anbietet. Wir können keine Zeitfenster oder Lieferungen nur an Wochentagen anbieten, da Royal Mail diese mit Ihrer üblichen Postzustellung liefert.
Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für die Lieferung an Baustellen, da wir nicht garantieren können, wer die Lieferung unterschreibt. Leider sind aus diesem Grund auch frühere Lieferungen verloren gegangen. Wenn Sie eine Baustellenadresse angeben und die Sendung in der Sendungsverfolgung als geliefert angezeigt wird, übernehmen wir keine Haftung, wenn Sie nicht die Person sind, die die Sendung erhalten hat.
Wenn Sie bei Ihrer Bestellung eine unvollständige Adresse angeben und die Bestellung an uns zurückgeschickt wird, müssen Sie die Versandkosten für die zweite Sendung an Sie bezahlen.
Internationale Lieferung – es gelten die gleichen Bedingungen, jedoch mit einer Richtlieferzeit von bis zu 1–2 Werktage, abhängig von Ihrem Land.
Lieferanfragen
Etwaige Probleme bei der Warenlieferung, Schäden, falsch gelieferte Artikel müssen uns innerhalb von 14 Tagen gemeldet werden, dies liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden.
Bei Schäden müssen Sie Bilder der Schäden am Artikel und/oder der Verpackung machen, um die Reklamation beim Kurier zu untermauern, und diese unter Angabe Ihrer Bestellnummer (beginnt mit TFT) an info@tftools.co.uk senden.
Damit wir eine Lösung anbieten können, müssen die Artikel unbenutzt, in der Originalverpackung und in wiederverkaufsfähigem Zustand sein.
Wenn die Frist 14 Tage überschreitet oder die Artikel bereits benutzt wurden, gilt dies als Annahme der Ware als erhalten.

Owned it for over 5 years now so feel I can give a pretty good review. Super light, so don’t realise you have it on you, the 4 different nail pulling options make it super versatile. When new the points are extremely sharp, although now after 5 years of use they are quite blunt which it about tricky to get under joists and truss hangers. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent bar for pulling nails, with 4 ways to do so and very light weight 👍 my only gripe is I wish the main point of the bar which you drive in was a little flatter so you could prize timbers open easier like on most cheaper bars like the est wing one.

I originally wanted to replace my boss cats paw as I lost my original one . Obviously tf tools don’t stock the boss cats paw anymore but after speaking to tf tools they said I would love the Martinez and they was absolutely correct far better quality than my boss one. Highly recommend

I really like the multiple options to pull the nail. The older series says "USA" on them. I imagine the only reason they dont now.... Is because they are not mAde in the USA ... My only knock on them.

Was hesitant to purchase a nail puller for so much when I’ve had my old trusty steel one that cost me $20. But this tool is so light weight and nice to use. Such sharp points that dig in nicely and make it so easy to use. Really is a game changer. Perfect accent to the Martinez hammer in my pouch. Next will be the speed square, one day…

No idea why I bought this the first time and I got made fun of all the time for paying so much for it.. it seemed to be used by everyone but me cause it was never in my bag… someone else always had in their bag. Eventually it also grew legs, this is my second one.. I thought I was crazy to buy the first one what am I to buy two now🤦🏻♂️
