⭐We now offer Exchanges!!!⭐

So we have for a while not been able to offer exchanges on items ordered and only offered refunds on items returned however we have recently developed our system to ensure that this is a possibility.

We get that buying rigs, belts and even pouches is a big thing and you want to get it right, so we are hoping that this will help with that. The new process that we will be following is:

• Once you have received your order and you know that you just need a different size belt, on the paper work in your order, you will now have the option to write your exchange information. We will need to know reason for exchange, size, colour, side and item. 
• Once this is filled out, send back the item to us. 
• On receipt of your returned order back to us, our customer service team will contact you to ensure that we have the stock and if we do we will email you with a link for a delivery charge and will ask for confirmation of the address that the new item will need to be sent too. 
• Once this delivery charge has been paid, we will then dispatch your exchanged order...
• Please allow 2-3 working days, we will contact you by email.

Returns received after the 14 day period will be eligible for store credit only which will be issued by an e-gift card to the email address on the original order.
