TF Tools Text Message Terms

These terms apply to the TF Tools text message programme run by TF Tools Ltd (registered address: Albert Goodman, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Ave, Taunton TA1 2PX).

What you’ll receive. If you opt in, we’ll send you marketing texts about new products, restocks, offers and giveaways, and may send updates about your orders. Messages may be sent by SMS or RCS.

How often. Message frequency varies, usually no more than 6 marketing messages a month.

Cost. We don’t charge for our texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Consent. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalised marketing text messages from TF Tools at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Some phones receive our messages as standard texts from “TF Tools” that can’t be replied to. For those, tap the unsubscribe link included in every text and confirm. You can also email hello@tftools.com to be removed.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@tftools.com. We don’t take phone calls.

Carriers. Mobile carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
